Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Sales team as an Estimation Engineer. This remote role will involve working closely with design, procurement, and production teams to deliver high-quality estimates that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project specifications and technical requirements to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed technical analysis and feasibility studies to determine the most suitable solutions for integrating control systems with HVAC systems, DDC systems, and PLCs.
  • Utilize industry knowledge, past project data, and estimation software tools to prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, DDC, and PLC systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of estimation inputs with project timelines and execution strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including supplier quotations, BOQs, compliance sheets, and pricing breakdowns.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and vendors to address inquiries, clarify technical details, and negotiate terms related to cost estimates and project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in automation or HVAC-related estimation.
  • Strong skills in cost estimation, document formatting, proposal drafting, RFQ analysis, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical coordination skills.
