Digital Business Transformation Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to oversee the execution of projects and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles, as well as the ability to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for technology-driven growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all requirements are met, and timelines are adhered to. In addition, they will stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the field of business analysis, allowing them to provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, identifying opportunities for technology-driven growth and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.
- Requirements Development: Develop detailed understanding of requirement specifications, business requirements documents, functional specification documents, process flows, and creating business use case scenarios for micro loans.
- Query Resolution: Expertly respond to queries and identify gaps by running used cases in the LOS/CBS system for micro loans.
- Data Analysis: Maintain knowledge of data and MIS requirements, with proficiency in data interrogation using oracle SQL and MS SQL.
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- 6+ years of experience in micro loan or micro banking projects.
- Graduate degree (diploma or distant education not considered).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
