Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRM Functional Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR System Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy HR systems that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for HR-related issues.
  • System Administration: Maintain and update HR systems, including configuration and customization.
Requirements
  • Functional Knowledge: Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits
  • Tools & Technologies: PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Web Services, BI Publisher, SQR
  • Technical Expertise: PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, AWE, Secure File Transfers (PGP, SSH), STAT
  • Testing & Validation: UAT, System, Parallel, and Performance Testing
  • Database Expertise: Oracle (9i–11G), SQL Server 2012, Performance DB Scripting
  • Configuration & Support: Secure interfaces, system customization, encryption/decryption flows
  • Project Experience: End-to-end lifecycle ownership, client-facing role, 24x7 support
