We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS and Payroll specialist to join our support team in the UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and OTL.

Job Description:
  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle HRMS modules, ensuring timely resolution of functional issues and effective management of payroll operations.
  • Validate payroll calculations, ensure accuracy in salary processing, and maintain compliance with UAE-specific payroll logic.
  • Manage support tickets, user queries, and small change requests efficiently, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor payroll runs, statutory reporting, and year-end processing activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve interface issues and fast formula updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide training to end users as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules.
  • Proven expertise in UAE or GCC payroll environments, with a strong understanding of Core HR, SSHR, OTL, and payroll rules/compliance.
  • Familiarity with Middle East HR/payroll policies, including end-of-service and gratuity calculations.
  • Knowledge of payroll localization and statutory requirements in the UAE.
