Oracle EBS Finance Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and support Oracle Financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and SLA.
  • Develop and maintain technical components including PL/SQL scripts, reports (BI Publisher), interfaces, and extensions (RICEW).
  • Lead functional testing, UAT, and production deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both functional and technical domains.
  • Document functional specifications, technical designs, and process flows.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including SCM, HRMS, and technical developers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) or Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs.
  • Experience with RICEW components and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Financials Certification (nice to have)
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
