Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager with CapTalent HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the Perumbakkam region.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team, who can excel in this challenging yet rewarding role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of the local market.

About the Role
This Sales Executive position involves meeting and greeting clients, explaining product offerings, and facilitating site visits. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and introducing new channel partners.
In addition, you will maintain relations with existing channel partners, generate site visits through them, organize sales promotions and corporate events, and manage inventory control and supply management in coordination with management.
