Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive participation at international events and conferences. As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and relationship-building abilities with senior executives. It is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains. Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums while maintaining high-quality communication with potential attendees via email and calls.

• Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas. Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers. Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.

• Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events. Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.

• Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.

• Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).

• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
