  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3 years experience in AI, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Cloud services)
  • Knowledge of Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
  • Proficiency in Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
  • Experience with Incident, Problem & Change Management Systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • Database knowledge (SQL basics)
