**Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager**

Lead a high-performing team of Solar EPC professionals to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve company goals and strategic objectives.
    • Prepare annual budgets, manpower allocation, and resource planning for EPC projects.
  • Tendering & Estimation
    • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of EPC tenders and bids.
    • Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility before participating in tenders.
  • Project Execution & Delivery
    • Ensure timely completion of EPC projects while adhering to quality standards.
    • Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and quality teams for smooth project execution.
  • Resource & Vendor Management
    • Approve manpower deployment plans for all sites.
    • Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Conduct periodic site visits, quality audits, and risk assessments.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor Segment Managers and Project Managers to ensure operational excellence.
    • Provide guidance, performance monitoring, and succession planning for the EPC leadership team.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Ensure timely project progress reporting, cost tracking, and documentation for management review.
    • Present regular operational performance updates to top management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 12–18 years of solar EPC experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
  • Track record of successfully delivering multiple large-scale EPC projects.

Performance Indicators:
  • On-time and within-budget project delivery.
  • Zero major safety or quality non-compliances.
  • Efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
  • Segment Manager & Project Manager performance metrics achieved.
