  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 16+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a significant focus on software development and project/program management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing multiple software development teams (e.g., Technical Manager, Technical Architect, Lead Developer).
  • Deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and designing/implementing Microservices architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks, particularly Angular (Angular 4+).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Cloud platforms, specifically Amazon AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and Source Control Management (GitHub).
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
