Job Title:

Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor

  • Lead a team of QA/QC specialists to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on construction progress, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including but not limited to, site logs, test results, and corrective action reports.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
  • Ensure all testing and inspection activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • An engineering diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in quality control on oil & gas construction projects.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of overseas project experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, codes, and best practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and team coordination skills are necessary.
  • GCC experience is a plus.
