Solar Wind Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects, specifically solar and wind energy.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading inspection operations across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages. You will also ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
You will supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites, manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards, and engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status. Additionally, you will drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred). You should have 6 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy, with a strong understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy is essential. You should also be proficient in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation. Strong leadership and team management abilities are critical, as well as excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. This role may require frequent travel to project and vendor sites.
