**FP&A Manager Role**

The role of FP&A Manager is pivotal in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for various teams within the organization. This position involves collaboration with global stakeholders, engagement with the team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Be the subject matter expert and mentor the team members, with a heavy emphasis on training the team on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.
  • Proactively look at standardization and automation opportunities across different product lines and regions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA certification a plus.
