Senior Business Insights Leader

An accomplished Senior Business Insights Leader will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating complex financial planning and analysis requirements into scalable solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to understand their business goals and deploy optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions that support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
  • Lead team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
