Key Job Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis is a vital role within the Finance Corporate Development team, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and report management for our Residential Interior business in India.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare detailed financial models and reports.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas of improvement to optimize business results.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance, preferably with experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
  • Expertise in financial analysis, including revenue, expenses, gross margin, headcount, payroll costs, and cost structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
