The Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to connect with potential homebuyers, pitch property details, and book site visits that turn interest into action. This role involves engaging with incoming leads, pitching property details clearly and persuasively, scheduling and confirming site visits, maintaining follow-ups to nurture leads into active clients, coordinating with the sales team, and recording and updating client interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred but not mandatory
  • A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome
