Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Growth Associate to join our team. As a Business Growth Associate, you will be responsible for managing client and channel partner relationships, delivering project presentations, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups to foster strong relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings to effectively communicate product information and build trust.
  • Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding and build strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Confident presentation and discussion skills are required for handling client interactions and training sessions.
  • A well-groomed and professional appearance is necessary for representing the company.
  • Comfortable local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement is required.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable individuals thrive in this dynamic environment.
