Job Opportunity: Team Leader

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) in delivering exceptional service, sales, and profitability from assigned portfolios. Your key objectives include collaborating with fulfillment teams to ensure best-in-class conversion ratios, ensuring the availability of trained manpower to maintain production at 100% capacity, meeting cost-to-income ratios as determined by Scorecard, adhering to Standards of Performance, and meeting Customer Satisfaction indices as measured through NPS surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of VRMs in delivering business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams to achieve conversion ratio targets.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Meet productivity and service benchmarks.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Graduate degree with 7+ years of experience or postgraduate degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a team of 15+ full-time employees.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Experience in tele-sales or relationship management in BFSI is preferred.
  • Certification in AMFI/IRDA.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Team player.

VRM Officer

As a VRM Officer, you will be responsible for handling wealth/privy outbound calls, scheduling equivalent experience profiles from other competitors, and providing differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer calls and resolving queries and issues.
  • Scheduling and managing calls to achieve productivity targets.
  • Providing training to VRMs to improve their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least graduate degree.
  • Ability to work with Western Line candidates.
  • Should not have employment gap for more than a month.
  • Should have at least completed a year in current organization.
  • Better soft skills - conversational skills and English versant scores 7+.
  • Flexible to work on rotational week offs.
