We are seeking a skilled Virtualization Engineer to design, implement and manage enterprise-grade virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in virtualization technologies, Linux administration, performance optimization and troubleshooting across large-scale environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, Xen or OpenStack).
  • Deploy and administer Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu or SUSE) in virtualized and bare-metal environments.
  • Design and implement virtual infrastructure for high availability, scalability and security.
  • Manage storage integration (SAN, NAS, iSCSI or NFS) with virtual platforms.
  • Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot virtual machines, hosts and clusters.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible, Puppet or Terraform.
  • Implement backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies for virtualized workloads.
  • Collaborate with application, network and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs and provide L2/L3 level support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware, KVM, Hyper-V and Xen.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux administration, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of storage integration protocols, such as SAN, NAS, iSCSI and NFS.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, including Ansible, Puppet and Terraform.
