Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the deployment and configuration of cloud environments, ensuring scalability and security.

This role involves expertise in Linux systems, virtualization platforms, cloud orchestration technologies, and infrastructure automation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems on physical and virtual platforms.
  • Install and manage hypervisors including KVM, VMware ESXi, and XenServer.
  • Lead private and public cloud infrastructure projects using tools like OpenStack, Apache CloudStack, or other orchestration platforms.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts for deployment and operational tasks.
  • Use Ansible and Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
  • Implement monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Collaborate with physical infrastructure teams to set up and troubleshoot bare-metal hardware, storage systems, and network configurations.
  • Document architecture designs, implementation plans, SOPs, and deployment workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong command over Linux system administration.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying cloud orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages – Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, monitoring tools, storage technologies, hardware components, and networking concepts is also essential.
