Job Title: Portfolio Delivery Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the successful delivery of a Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Program. This person will be responsible for governing, planning, and driving execution across a complex, cross-functional initiative aimed at transforming procurement processes and enabling best-in-class digital tools.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Management & Delivery - Lead the end-to-end project management of the S2P digital transformation initiative and oversee additional engagement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Management - Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Risk & Issue Management - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols to ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Change Management Support - Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests and help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.
Required Skills And Qualifications

10+ Years Of Experience In Project Management With A PMP Certification Preferred. Oracle EBS SME Experience In Procurement Processes, Understanding Of Integrations Across Systems And Platforms, Experience Working In Industries With Complex Supply Chains, Large-Scale ERP Or Procurement System Implementations And Integrations. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management, And Leadership Skills.
