Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
- Build employer branding initiatives to position our organization as a preferred place to work.
- Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
- Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.
- Develop KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
- Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
- Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.
