Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Build employer branding initiatives to position our organization as a preferred place to work.
People & Culture
  • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.
Performance & Growth
  • Develop KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
  • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.
Compliance & HR Operations
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.
