Piping Design Expert Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned Piping Design Expert with expertise in piping, HVAC design and 3D modeling tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead piping design and layout activities for complex engineering projects.
  • Create and review piping GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs and support drawings.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, structural, mechanical, instrumentation etc).
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using advanced 3D modeling tools.
  • Evaluate designs against project specifications codes and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Manage global client interactions professionally capturing requirements and delivering effective design solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors for equipment/piping interface requirements.
  • Support fabrication installation and commissioning teams with design clarifications and site queries.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree or relevant qualification in engineering.
  • 4-12 years experience (or relevant senior-level experience) in piping design.
  • Background in Marine/Offshore projects desirable.

Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D Recap Navisworks Manage and parametric modeling tools.
  • Aptitude for adapting to diverse industries (Marine Offshore Oil & Gas Chemical Power Pharma F&B)
