Piping Stress Engineer Job

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Piping Stress Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing piping systems, ensuring they are safe and meet industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing stress analysis using Caesar II software and pipe supports design for pipelines/piping above-ground and underground.
  • Identifying various data required to perform surge analysis for each project stage.
  • Surge Analysis of metallic & non-metallic using PIPENET software.
  • Extracting surge force from PIPENET that to be input in the stress analysis and also need to identify the surge force is appropriate or not.
  • Preparing surge analysis report that to be submitted to employer as official deliverable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be a successful Piping Stress Engineer, you should have:

  • Experience with Caesar II software and PIPENET software.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ISO 14692).
  • Ability to analyze complex piping systems and identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
