Senior AS400 RPG Developer Role

A highly experienced and skilled professional is sought for a senior-level position focused on developing, testing, and deploying robust RPG/CL programs on the IBM AS400 iSeries platform. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Integrated Language Environment (ILE) and be well-versed in creating efficient Sub-procedures, Subroutines, and Service Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality RPG/CL programs using SEU, PDM, DFU, and Spool files.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop comprehensive design documents ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers in best practices and provide guidance on effective development methodologies.

Familiarity with Web Services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript would be beneficial for this role.
