About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing new systems from the ground up with minimal support.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and problems within our practice area. You will collaborate with local and partner teams to ensure quality standards are met, identify performance issues, and optimize solutions.

You will lead end-to-end engineering for projects and problems of complex scope and impact within our practice area. Strong software delivery fundamentals including automated testing, source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment are essential for this role.

As a Software Engineer, you will be accountable for ensuring engineering teams meet production SLAs of applications/systems. You will also be responsible for producing robust application design and producing patterns to ensure applications are resilient and scalable.

  • Job Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in our practice area.
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Design Patterns, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres SQL, CD/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Kafka, and Agile methodology.

Candidates with knowledge of microservices architecture patterns, synchronous/asynchronous processing and error handling patterns with Spring Boot, and experience building web services and integrations with message-driven architecture will be prioritized.
