Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional with expertise in performance testing and engineering to drive the lifecycle of services from inception to refinement. This role requires a deep understanding of systems analysis, agile practices, and proficiency in tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, APPD, Grafana, Splunk, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software development and possess strong analytical skills to engage in whole lifecycle service activities including design, deployment, operation, and refinement.

  • Service Development: Engage in design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments, and launch reviews to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Service Operations: Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • Continuous Improvement: Run continuous improvement activities to enhance service availability, recovery, efficiency, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components.
  • Metrics and Monitoring: Implement metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes to align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gatling, AWS Cloud, Harness, K6, and mandatory skills in End-to-End Performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter, Monitoring tools, Performance Engineering Activities, DevOps, CI/CD, Web logic, Oracle Databases, and Cloud native services.

Able to work effectively in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
