Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day product roadmap implementation with our team, as well as managing support functions for existing clients with respect to bug fixes and client enhancements.
They will also be responsible for helping clients adopt our LG - i.e. API, Lens, Scoring framework interacting with their IT and business teams, and managing vendor interaction and dependencies.
Additionally, they will assist in setting up POC's with lead clients working in coordination with our Business Development team, and plan resources based on priority and requirements.
Furthermore, they will work closely with product managers to build functional requirement documents on new enhancements, and have a deep understanding of web application architecture especially in a SaaS environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have managed a team of tech developers/QA/Support engineer
- Experience dealing with clients tech teams for integration and adoption of the product
- Ability to work with diverse set of team from experienced to junior members
- Knowledge of product development life cycle
- Experience working with applications deployed on public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP etc)
