Job Description:

The goal of this role is to oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, manage daily workflows, and facilitate communication between clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting their technical and career growth.

  • Develop and improve internal templates, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to translate business needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and performance measurement.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
