About this Role

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify cleaning and maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
