Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects that impact the business and customer experience. You will have the freedom to design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to define problems and goals;
  • Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs;
  • Run projects end-to-end with engineers to drive the business strategy to the finish line;
  • Create new interactions that are intuitive, practical, and convergent;
  • Solve complex interactions through prototyping or motion design;
  • Lead a product charter and mentor designers or interns;
  • Storytelling and communicating effectively, openly, and often;
  • Swiftly and smoothly move from strategy to ideation to execution;
  • Help hire and grow the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product design;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
