Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical expert to provide support for escalated issues, using various tools to diagnose challenges and provide solutions to internal and external customers.
Collaboration with different teams is essential. You will be working closely with the Implementation team and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude throughout.
The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas and questions between end users and engineers.
Strong SQL or database skills, excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills are also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong technical knowledge of our product, including database structure, SQL, and queries.
- Ability to work with JIRA, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM tools.
- Experience working with DevOps, Customer Success, QA, and Level 1 Support teams.
- Excellent communication, listening, and English writing skills.
- Problem-solving and resolution skills, with the ability to work independently.
