Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to lead and grow our PLM IT Services Practice. This role requires deep domain expertise, people management skills, customer relationship acumen, and strong business strategy. The Practice Lead will be responsible for building strategic capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer success.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with at least 5 years of experience in Project/Practice Management. They will also have experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs), as well as deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be able to establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice, strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities, and manage the practice with minimal dependency on top management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company goals.
  • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Manage the practice (multiple projects) with minimal dependency on top management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience Range: Min 15 to 25 years
  • Experience in IT services with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Optional: Strong background in one or more PLM platforms (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, Windchill, Teamcenter).
  • Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
