Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation
    • Develop a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies.
  • Program Design
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps.
    • Design and develop innovative digital learning content and programs.
  • Technology Management & Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
    • Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure.
  • Process Training
    • Design an effective training strategy and facilitate program planning and delivery.

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in digital transformation, strategic thinking, and change management.
