SAP Human Capital Management Professional

Job Summary:
A SAP HCM professional plays a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements related to human capital management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support payroll specialists with expert advice on HCM-related matters, ensuring seamless operations and informed decision-making.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex database and software applications within SAP HCM, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with business areas to diagnose problems, initiate new designs, and evaluate customer acceptance by soliciting involvement in design, functionality, and testing.
- Develop data models, functional flow diagrams, and documentation as per departmental standards, adhering to industry best practices.
- Code and test SAP HCM computer programs in ABAP, researching and recommending available SAP HCM programs to address requirements effectively.
- Build and support new SAP HCM development and production database environments as required, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Expertise in SAP HCM components, including PA/OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to design complex database and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with business areas and user groups.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language, with experience in coding and testing SAP HCM computer programs.
