Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned expert in Cloud HCM technologies, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting our HCM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders, HCM Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in working on onshore-offshore model is preferred.
  • Technical expertise in building Reports and Interfaces across modules - Global HR, Payroll , Benefits ,Compensation and Talent Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, to be able to work independently.
  • Able to assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex technical issues/problems.
  • Cloud HCM certification is preferred.
