Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM.

About This Opportunity:
  • The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • A deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows is essential.
  • Familiarity with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll) is required.
  • Previous experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM owner on at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects is a must.
