We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our network systems, servers, and applications. As a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring the health of our networks 24/7, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.

Your role will involve acknowledging alarms for critical network links and device monitoring, quickly resolving network outages, and providing timely updates to stakeholders on incident resolution status. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to improve customer service experience.

As a NOC Engineer, you will be required to work closely with field teams, third-party providers, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery. This will involve coordinating tasks, escalating issues to internal teams, and following up until closure with proper root cause analysis.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless network systems. A CCNA certification is highly desirable.
