About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our initiatives in support of gifted children. The Director of Learning Initiatives will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing programs that foster cognitive growth, emotional well-being, and character development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to design, scale, and optimize programs for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Design targeted initiatives and interventions to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching vision and goals.
  • Establish clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance.
  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that supports holistic growth and fosters core values in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
