HR Operations Director

A Human Resources Manager is a vital leadership role requiring strong management skills and effective relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to meet operational needs, ensuring timely hiring and developing effective sourcing strategies.
- Overseeing the smooth onboarding process, coordinating induction programs for new hires, and ensuring compliance with company policies during onboarding.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases, managing HR workflows including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans, and addressing performance-related issues effectively.
- Fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee grievances and conflicts, and planning employee engagement activities.
- Identifying training needs based on operational goals, coordinating training sessions and skill development programs, tracking training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preparing regular HR reports for management review, maintaining confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key skills required for this role include excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
