Job Description

As a Lead Analyst, you will contribute to revenue growth and innovation in the Retail Banking sector. You will manage client projects, support clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research, and work closely with C-suite executives to guide strategic decisions using insights and analysis.

The role involves leading end-to-end delivery of client projects including data collection, analysis and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client and internal meetings effectively, addressing client questions/queries using data and content expertise.
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights and highlight emerging opportunities.
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions through proprietary tools and customized reports or presentations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to sustain and grow the program's membership base.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject with 5+ years of work experience in benchmarking, research or business analysis. Some sector experience in financial services consultancy or market research is preferred.

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Ability to interrogate, interpret, evaluate and model data to extract insights.

Non-Technical Skills

  • Engaging presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Project management skills including time management and prioritization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
