Financial Transformation Specialist

">

You will play a key role in driving finance transformation by designing and delivering solutions across Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Transaction Matching.

">

Combining functional expertise with technical build skills, you will work with a team shaping the ERP/EPM landscape for a large telecom enterprise.

">

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations, implementing Transaction Matching rules and automation for bank, sub-ledger, and intercompany reconciliations, and developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into reconciliation status and compliance.

Additionally, you will partner with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes, support integrations via Data Management and OIC for ERP–EPM–third-party systems, and ensure full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and peers
  • Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise good judgment
