Digital Banking Relationship Professional

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team at Hiregis. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers by providing them with an exceptional digital banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers regularly to understand and meet their financial needs through our digital products.
- Enhance customer relationships and promote the use of digital mediums for banking transactions.
- Meet scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks, adhering to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously interact with a portfolio of customers, handling calls, resolving queries, and promoting digital banking services.
- Profile customers to aid in cross-selling bank products, log and resolve complaints, and control customer attrition.
- Deepen relationships by cross-selling products, monitoring account activity, and ensuring customer retention.
- Meet defined objectives of the portfolio, cross-sell products, acquire and group related customer IDs, and train staff on product knowledge.
- Achieve quality benchmarks, accurately capture customer interactions, and adhere to audit and service quality standards.
- Submit customer base reviews and reports as requested by senior management.
The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree and possess basic banking and communication skills. Minimum 2-3 years of experience is preferable. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will interact with customers, the Virtual Relationship Banking Head, Unit Head, Region Head, and Sales Managers.
