Job Title: Data Analytics Lead

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of predictive models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis. They will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate analytical solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
