Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient insights, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Oversee development of dashboards and other visual tools to support decision-making.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering partnerships.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
