Business Intelligence Solutions Leader

As a pivotal member of our Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions. Your primary role will be to serve as a liaison between assigned business functions and the Data & Analytics team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field is required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of analytics deliverables. Additionally, they will lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports, and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Engagement & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between assigned business functions (e.g., Sales, Service, Operations, Finance) and the Data & Analytics team.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports, and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts, assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
