Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining operational excellence by selecting and training new partners and improving current partners' quality.
- Taking charge of key growth tracks for the category, including projects focused on improving quality, service excellence, offerings, and innovation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift execution.
Your Role as Senior Manager:
- You will be the owner of the business entrusted to you, with direct influence on how the business shapes up.
- As a Senior Manager, you will lead teams and projects, influencing and leading others to achieve great things.
- You will have the opportunity to propose and change the way we do things, as we believe it's Day 0 and are hungry to improve and change.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
- Someone who understands that great things get built by both smarts AND hard work.
