We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join our team. A Personal Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to an individual or executive, assisting with daily tasks and managing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to the executive, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Managing office operations, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and coordinating events.
- Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
