Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Workday Security efforts.

About the Role

  • This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Workday solution.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Workday Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with hands-on experience implementing (from design to deploy) of at least two Workday modules; Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Talent Management, Compensation / Advanced Compensation management, Recruitment, Benefits, others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred but not mandatory.
