The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and mentoring a team of financial advisors on commission basis. We are seeking an individual with 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, holding a minimum graduate degree with 6 months of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering consistent sales output.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
